Hello, I’m Jamie D, a Certified Holistic Nutritional Practitioner dedicated to helping you feel good in your body again by building sustainable healthy habits, and live a mindful, low toxin lifestyle.

I chose this path because I’ve always found deep fulfillment in helping others. Over time, I realized that holistic nutrition aligned perfectly with my belief that the body must be viewed as a whole and that every person is unique. My own health journey taught me this firsthand. Growing up and well into my twenties, I was surrounded by ultra processed foods. When I finally tried to clean up my diet, I unknowingly chose foods that weren’t right for my body, disrupting my gut microbiome and leading to long lasting issues. I am a holistic nutritionist because it’s important to look at the body as a whole and understand that every body is different.

Through years of learning and listening closely to my body, I discovered how powerful it is to identify what truly supports your health and what triggers imbalance. This understanding fuels my passion for helping others avoid the confusion and frustration I once faced.

My goal is to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and guide your body toward its natural ability to heal. I focus on reducing toxin exposure, integrating practical mindfulness tools like breathwork and meditation and empowering you with the knowledge to make confident choices about your health.

I am committed to supporting my clients through personalized programs tailored to their unique needs. It starts with being kind and patient to yourself. True health isn’t just about nutrition. It’s about how we move, how we sleep and how we create moments of stillness in a fast paced world.

With focusing on science based nutrition, my goal is to improve nutrition literacy and help people move away from fad diets to a whole-body, sustainable, personalized approach to wellness.

Discovery Session

Book your free 20 minute discovery call and fill out the intake questionnaire that I will email you so I can learn more about your unique situation and needs.

Intake Session

This initial assessment will take place after the Discovery Session. Prior to meeting, the intake forms must be completed. During this session, we will begin to address specific symptoms and health concerns that you are struggling with. This can be done virtually. This session will be an hour in length.

Follow Up Visit
$0.00

Follow up assessments to work on individualized protocols. Must have completed an initial assessment before booking this session. In these sessions, we will track your progress, discuss how my recommendations are going for you and revise if necessary. We will also address anything else that has come up for you as we continue to work together on your health.
